Related part recommendations increase customer satisfaction by informing users of additional products they need to complete a job or products that may provide better performance for their application.  Related parts are conveniently displayed on a part details page and automatically generated by PhaseZero’s advanced machine learning (ML) model. 

Lost sales detection allows sales teams to follow up with customers to identify solutions for their needs. By applying AI to the user’s site and purchasing behavior, companies can detect products with lost sales due to stock-out inventory and other reasons.
