Responsibilities: Business Development Representative

About the Role:

Your job will be to engage prospect and close SaaS business on our state of the art SaaS B2B and B2C Digital Commerce Solutions.  As a Territory Sales Account Manager you will work with prospects turn the promise of digital commerce customer experience into business outcomes and value for our customers. Growing organizations, you’ll change the way they operate because of the work, knowledge, and capabilities, our Digital Commerce Customer Experience solution deliver’s.

A trusted advisor you’ll have the autonomy to develop a winning plan to successfully engage potential customers within your territory. You’ll look to close self-generated or sourced leads, partnering with your Business Development Representative with a strategy to win while having the full support and knowledge base of PhaseZero at your disposal. Leverage all the available resources including a presales & marketing team to drive growth within your territory and help make PhaseZero Digital Commerce Customer Experience a success in the markets we serve.

You will be responsible for selling (automotive, heavy duty and manufacturing verticals) PhaseZero SaaS solution to small, medium and large companies. Manage sales through forecasting, account management, account strategy, and risk mitigation planning. You will participate in the development of presentations and sales proposals and business case. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop business plans that include strategy and risk mitigation plans.
  • Work with potential customers, listen to their feedback, and create a plan to successfully deliver on their business needs.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and business goals, then work to secure their trust and provide them with the appropriate PhaseZero solution.
  • Maintain open channel of communication with customers and PhaseZero support and implementation teams to ensure all customer needs are being met.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • You are a, goal-oriented hunter and highly motivated for success, with a proven track record of over achieving set sales goals.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level of your defined target markets
  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Ability to work multiple deals simultaneously

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10 years of successful track record selling SaaS solutions to small and midsize businesses or enterprise businesses with automotive, manufacturing, or distribution industry experience preferred, with one or more leading ERP, Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting, CRM or other business software applications.
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, including written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Passionate and thrive in the fast-paced Silicon Valley innovation driven environments.
  • Evidence of Hitting/smashing measurable and achieve targets!
